Here's a good tip to reduce corrosion on lithium battery connections:
Aluminum to copper
Before connecting to prismatic cells with copper bus bars (dissimilar metals), burnish the aluminum terminals slightly to remove the coat of aluminum oxide, and cover with Noalox anti-oxidant compound, which you can get from, among others, Grainger.

i've used the recommended Noalox before when installing solar electric panels using stainless steel bolts in aluminum frames to prevent galling and seizing, but interested to see it's also used as an anti-oxidant.

And because the CALB CA cells have two types of terminals (1 aluminum and 1 copper), another compound (PENETROX) may be needed for the copper bar to copper terminal connections:

That article is an excellent read. Sounds like maybe you should procure some for use on the S10 while you are still driving it.
