Title: Former GM plant to make Fisker Automotive hybrid cars by 2012

Article on a GM plant in Delaware sold to Fisker Automotive.  Fisker plug-in hybrid electric cars will use a powertrain from Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide Inc. (stock QTWW) beginning in 2012.
