Title: Friend looking for slightly used Tesla 3 AWD near Huntley

A friend is looking for a used 3 AWD in the Huntley area. She was looking at a 2023, but the seller seems to have ghosted her.
I've never looked at the used market. Any suggestions on where to go or avoid? What's important to look for in a used EV?
Any one got one for sale?
