This has been my project for the last 4 years, the project is done and it's time to move on. If you have ever looked at electric boats they fit two categories, those that top out at 5 mph and those that cost $300k. This is a 19 foot, 25 mph electric, currently listed for $9,900.00[/u]. The details are in the listing below and I'll include some videos, but for this crowd I'll say it's powered by a Netgain Hyper 9 and 60 (perfectly balanced) LifePo4 cells in a 2P30S configuration. The boat runs like a dream.

Even if you are not interested in buying it, take a look at the one minute video, I'm pretty proud of it.

Who bought it Tom?  Where did it end up?  Sadly i didn't see your youtube videos (that you've removed).  Sounds like a great project!
