beware of any scams on ebay - one happened about 1 month ago, and the way the "seller" responded to my questions and guaranteed free delivery (that and the low price), told me it was a scam.  RAV4 EVs in good shape can expect to go for $35-$50k, depending on mileage and condition of the NiMh battery.
