Green Car Reports 'reclassifies' 2016 Volt to PHEV

The 2016 Volt technology continues genius imo.  This article discusses some of the subtle differences between EREVs and PHEVs.   Also, it's cool the GM is reusing their technology in other vehicles.  A good trend imo!
