I have a Ford Escort Donor car for sale. You can look at posts on this forum dated Sept. 3 and Nov.22
I have not done much to this vehicle since getting it. There is a 9" ADC motor and adapter assembly AVAILABLE plus other items at additional cost to make this a Nice EV.

Do you still have this car ?   I recall having seen it some time ago, and remember it has a manual trans.  It would make a great doner for someone.

I still have the car and your right, it is a manual trans.
The car has a Blown motor-sucked water from the air cleaner assy. into the engine.
I am open for prices for the roller, don't have time to convert it, driving a Zap Zebra Pk right now, it's getting me where I need to go.
Body and interior in great shape, also there's a motor and adapter assy. for additional cost. Also a couple of pack chargers if you want to go with a 120volt system. Call Steve @ 708-606-6732 for more info.

I have an adapter plate, that was for a Lynx.  The Mercury Lynx shares the engine/trans of the Escort, so it should fit.  I'll price it at $50 to an FVEAA member, $150 outside FVEAA.  I also have a used ADC 9 inch motor, painted orange.  You can purchase a new ADC 9 inch motor for $1100 ( http://www.evtradinpost.com/index.php?method=showdetails&list=advertisement&rollid=4629&fromfromlist=advertisement_search&fromfrommethod=showhtmllist ) (or from one of the EV sources for $1,350 plus shipping) or I'll sell you my used one.  Pricing:  $700 to non-FVEAA member, $350 to an FVEAA member.   Perhaps, if someone wants to buy Steve's Escort, and the adapter and motor, they could make a proposal to FVEAA as another club project.  If we do a club project Escort, I'll also throw in two 60V chargers, which, in tandem, work for a 120V pack.  That would mean the project would have way under $1,000 and have most of the major pieces in it.
