Here's St. Charles' reply to our proposal:

Todd,
Thank you for sending us this information.  I will send it on to key staff involved with vehicles and electricity for a review.  We will contact you in the next 30 days with our thoughts.

Here is Glynn's reply after they reviewed our proposal:

Todd,

The City of St. Charles is interested in locating an electric vehicle station in our city.  Please let me know what we need to do in order to move this concept forward.
